Talent out of London is just booming more and more. Music producer Rockizm debuts his latest collaboration with 19-year-old-singer-songwriter Allegra.
The pair get together to re-make Loose End's classic jam 'Hanging On A String' which is set for a Spring release.
The original version of the track reached #13 on the UK charts back in 1985, Allegra pays homage with her new school urban vocals, and with a remix featuring guest rapper Clixx.
Both Rockizm and Allegra are well-known names in the industry. Rockizm has remix credits under his belt for artists such as Ne-Yo, Busta Rhymes, Usher and more. Rockizm also develops artists for his Rockizm music production team, such as Naila Boss who he led to two top ten UK singles, and more recently released Ianna Harvey's 2012 single Top Gear.
Allegra has performed on the same stage as some of UK's biggest artists - Devlin, Loick Essien, Alesha Dixon to name a few - supporting them whilst she was part of the group 'First Place'.
Allegra definitely shows off her vocals in 'Hanging On A String', with a voice so distinctive and unique - Allegra's only heading one way and that's straight to the top!!
