Epic UK have signed a new sizzling female rapper and model - Dominique Young Unique to their record label.
Already having played worldwide stages, she has also graced the pages of Vogue alongside Cara Delavigne and Tali Lennox, proving that the hotly tipped Dominique Young Unique is one to watch for the coming year.
21-year-old Young Unique hails from Tampa Bay and dropped her now infamous mixtapes when she was just 19-years-old. Known for her rapid-fire raps and high-speed electro club beats, Miami bass sounds and 80s flavour, this 21 year-old is crashing onto dancefloors with her militaristic mash-up of club and hip-hop.
2014 sees Dominique Young Unique owning the dancefloor with her debut single ‘Throw It Down’, teaming up once again with hitmaker DJ Fresh - who she worked with in 2013 on ‘Earthquake’ (a song that was featured in the ‘Kick Ass 2’ film soundtrack). Dominique also enlists the help of dubstep master Benga, and the powerhouse that are The Invisible Men for this explosive number ‘Throw It Down’.
‘Throw It Down’ is the first release from Dominique's highly anticipated album due for release later in the year which will see her collaborate with a crew to be reckoned with of some of the hottest names in the international music scene.
