Lex Jones: Unveils Part 3 & 4 Of The Space Tourist

One of the most uniquest and talented people in the music industry - Lex Jones unveils the climatic finale to 'The Space Tourist.'

The cine-grime pioneer has kept us up to date with part 1 and part 2 of 'The Space Tourist,' the four part story based on Mr Jay Jay - as well as one of his new projects - 'The Moirae Pt.1'.

In 'Part III: Dreamer's Tears', Mr Jay Jay realises his dream destination is not quite how he imagines, with the finale 'Part IV: BSG' telling of how the seemingly-resigned loner reacts to his setback. As is the case with the other parts to The Space Tourist, production is handled by German composer Mauschka, and ensures an epic conclusion to the series.

Lex Jones will release more of his projects throughout the year with his cine-grime sound, but in the meantime - watch the season finale of 'The Space Tourist'.

Ok so Lex Jones is back again - kicking off the new year with a bang with his new project 'The Moirae Pt.1'. Jones has been doing well for himself with his series 'The Space Tourist' mainting his form as the 'Lemony Snicket of Rap' with this new 7-track release.

Lex Jones delivers as he toblends the listening experiences of albums and audiobooks with his cinematicstory-telling.

'The Moirae Pt.1' tells the tale of a young drug dealer whose life is turned upside down by an encounter with The Moirae comet, a cosmological phenomenon that coincides with significant events and progression in humanity’s history with each of its rare orbits around Earth. The release is the first of a two-part project produced by Area Grey, who is signed to Basement Jaxx'sAtlantic Jaxx label and previously released the 'Grey Jones EP' with Lex in 2011 (available on iTunes and Spotify).

With plays on BBC Radio 1 in the last year, 27-year-old Lex will be looking to carry on his momentum with 'The Moirae Pt.1' as a growing audience awaits the experimental lyricist’s next moves.

Lex Jones: Unveils Part II of 'The Space Tourist' - 'Blast'

 After unveiling part 1 of The Space Tourist - 'Mr Jay Jay', Lex Jones brings us part 2 of his epic series - The Space Tourist - 'Blast'.

The cine-grime artist who has earned the name 'the Lemony Snicket of rap' turned a lot of heads when he released part 1 of The Space Tourist 'Mr Jay Jay', who he introduced us to.

Mr Jay Jay, an isolated and elderly man who wishes to fly into space powered only by his dreams.
And now in the second part joins Mr Jay Jay’s just as he finally realises his life ambition, escaping to the sky and shocking the world beneath him with it.

Lex who is 27-years-old has been backed by German pianist and composer - Hauschka once again for The Space Tourist. Jones' narrative tests the traditional conventions of grime and hip-hop in a way like none before him. Keep a close eye on him as we see just how far he can go with his genuinely unique listening experience.

The final two parts of 'The Space Tourist' and one of his long-awaited projects 'The Moirae' will be released later on the year - coming sooner than you think actually!

Lex Jones: Unveils The First Part of 'The Space Tourist'

For those that don't know about Lex Jones please prepare to be astonished by his work.

The 27 year old 'Cine-grime' artist, Lex Jones unveils the first part to his new four part epic 'The Space Tourist'. 

Jones' who is a wordsmith, has been making waves all around the UK and making his name known to many - he is described as 'The Lemony Snicket of Rap', as he mixes a fusion of both rap and cinematic music.

Lex Jones is planning on releasing his latest work that is sure to bring his storytelling rhymes more recognition and wider audience. Jones kicks it off with 'The Space Tourist I'.

After representing his hometown, the borough of Berkshire and winning the inaugural 'King Of The Mic' contest. He released his single 'Ever Had That Feeling' under the record label that held the contest of which he won, as well as a cash prize. Since then, the Slough rapper, has been pressing on forward and never looked back since then. Jones' has had highlights that include the remix of his track 'Stay Out of The Sun' which was played by Huw Stephens on BBC Radio 1 back in March of this year.

The Space Tourist is accompanied with a short animated film of the same name, in which Lex collabrotes with German pianist and composer Hauschka. It tells the story of Mr JJ, an isolated and forgotten elderly man who has spent his entire life building a dream-fueled spaceship out of rubbish with the hope of leaving humanity behind and escaping to the moon.

Part 1 of 'The Space Tourist' series introduces Jay-Jay - with the rest of the chapters coming in the next three months. Lex Jones' long awaited project 'The Moirae' is also set to premiered during this time.
