ROCxNOIR is commanding attention with a sound that draws from the best of his musical influences. Though inspired by the success of his hometown heroes such as Wiley, Dizzie Rascal and Kano, it was a recent year spent in the United States that has led to his transatlantic style of rap that will have heads turning in the coming weeks.
