Beyoncé Announces The Formation World Tour

Beyoncé announced The Formation World Tour on Sunday following her appearance during Super Bowl 50. The highly-anticipated tour will kick off in North America on April 27 in Miami, at Marlins Park with 21 additional stadium dates lined up throughout the country including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto and more.

The European leg of The Formation World Tour will start on June 28 in Sunderland, United Kingdom at Stadium of Light. Additional European stadium dates include London, Manchester, Zurich, Amsterdam, Paris and more. A full list of tour dates and venues is below.

Tickets will go on sale starting Monday, February 15th in Europe and Tuesday, February 16th in North America. Beyhive members may purchase tickets in advance beginning Tuesday, February 9th and Monday, February 15th for shows going on sale on February 22nd.

The Formation World Tour is Beyoncé's first solo tour since her ambitious Mrs. Carter Show World Tour in 2013. The sold-out tour spanning two years and five continents thrilled nearly two million fans and was hailed by critics worldwide.

New Music: Beyoncé - Flawless (Remix) ft. Nicki Minaj

"Of course sometimes shit goes down when there's a billion dollars on an elevator!" Ooh, bloop! Beyoncé went there! 

Putting the rumours to rest, Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj have finally revealed what they've been working on together for a minute now. Rumours had been brewing for weeks prior to the release of the ‘Flawless’ remix, that Beyoncé and Nicki had a collaboration in the works, which they unveiled this past Saturday evening via Instagram.

The original version of ‘Flawless’ appears on Beyoncé's self-titled visual album released back in December. In the remix Beyoncé addresses the Solange and Jay Z incident that happened in the elevators back in May of this year (watch here), and even laughs about it.

As she switches up the lyrics and her flow on the song Nicki Minaj comes in with a gritty verse where she references her verse on Kanye West's ‘Monster’ from a couple years back.

New Video: Michelle Williams - Say Yes ft. Beyoncé & Kelly Rowland

When Jesus says yes, nobody can say no!

Michelle Williams has finally unveiled the highly anticipated video to her single ‘Say Yes’.

Reliving her Destiny's Child days, Michelle features Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland on the Gospel record produced by H-Samuels. The song which is originally a Nigerian hymn sang across Africa sees Michelle switch it up with a more urban twist as she pays homage.

Shot in New Jersey, and carrying on with the African origin throughout the video with the choreography, and block party. ‘Say Yes’ perceive's the people praising God and having a very good time, especially Michelle, Beyoncé and Kelly.

‘Say Yes’ is the third single off of Michelle William's ‘Journey to Freedom’ album, following up from ‘Fire’ and ‘If We Had Your Eyes’. The album will see its release on September 9 via E1 Music.

New Video: Beyoncé - Partition

Fresh off the release of ‘XO’, Beyoncé - Mrs Carter if you're nasty, puts on a burlesque-type performance for her husband Jay-Z in her new video to ‘Partition’.

The song which is off her fifth self-titled studio album is the third single release from Beyoncé. 

In her docu-series based on her album to explain songs furthermore, Beyoncé spoke on the video for ‘Partition’ explaining the concept and reasoning for it: 

"The day that I got engaged was my husbands' birthday and I took him to crazy horse and I remember thinking 'damn these girls are fly'. I just thought it was the ultimate sexy show that I've ever seen. And I was like 'I wish I was up there, I wish I could perform that for my man.' So that's what I did, for the video".

(I'm a bit late uploading this post, so forgive me!)

For many of us, it took us a while to actually understand the lyrics and depth of Beyoncé's self-titled visual album. Luckily enough for us - Beyoncé breaks it all down in a self-titled five part docu-series online to see how she came up with the album, and why she decided to sing about certain things she sang about.

In the short clip series - we can see a very comfortable and relaxed Beyoncé talk about the ‘Beyoncé’ album. It all actually makes sense now - because it took me a while to see what was so great about this album like everyone was saying it was, I can definitely enjoy Beyoncé's visual album a whole lot more now.

Beyoncé comes out of her comfort zone not caring about what the world has to say about her or what may come her way; this album is titled ‘Beyoncé’ because it is Beyoncé in a CD. She lets loose - talking about sex, imperfection, how people perceive music these days, recording her songs (which we get to see), and shooting the 17 videos with the respected producers and directors in different locations of the world. Even how she came about to make this album and why she decided to release all the 14 songs and 17 videos all in one day!

WOW! You've definitely got to respect her work ethic.. She puts in the WORK!

We like Beyoncé "drunk in love" with her hubby Jay-Z! Yummy stuff!

 

Earlier this week - it was announced that her visual album had sold over 828,000 units and entered the top charts in over 100 countries, still with no hardcopy release, and in honour of that - she released the videos to ‘Drunk In Love’ ft. Jay-Z and ‘XO’.

 

Since then her album has sold over 1million via iTunes and has been released in stores worldwide for everyone to enjoy. And Beyoncé is surely enjoying the rewards of her labour.

 

Giving us a bit of sexy and gangsta in the black and white visuals on the beach, Baddie Bey shows us what it's like to be drunk in love as she enjoys life with her husband Jay-Z; who also features on the song. Beyoncé: ‘The Mrs. Carter World Show Tour’ 2014 European Tour Dates & Promo Video

Beyoncé shocked the world on Friday (December 13) when she released her ‘Beyoncé’ album with 14 songs accompanied with 17 videos. The album was released digitally exclusively via iTunes and will hit the shelves early next week.

Nevertheless - Beyoncé recently celebrated her 100th  ‘The Mrs. Carter World Show Tour’ concert last week as well. And she isn't stopping there, the 2013 tour ends on December 22 in New York, at the Barclay's Center. But 2014 will see Beyoncé start the world tour again kicking off in Europe. Damn, Bey!

Beyoncé Drops Unexpected Self-Titled Album, With 14 Songs & 17 Videosvia iTunes All In One Night

#NewRules! No warning, no hints, no nothing! Not even a pin drop of marketing and promotion! I mean Beyoncé did not even show us any mercy! She just released everything all at once! 

December 13 (at the wee early hours) Beyoncé just surprised us all by releasing her fifth studio album titled ‘Beyoncé’ via iTunes. The album comes with 14 brand new songs, and 17 brand new music videos . Beyoncé has truly done the unexpected!

The album titled Beyoncé is available exclusively on iTunes for a whole week, before it hits the shelves on December 21st. So that means you android phone users have to WAIT! 

Beyoncé called on her husband JayZ, Timbaland, Pharrell Williams, The Dream, Justin Timberlake, Miguel, Sia, Noah "40" Shebib, Frank Ocean, Hit-Boy, Detail, Hype Williams, Terry Richardson, Drake, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Melina Matsoukas, Jonas Akerlund, Ammo, Boots, and so much more for the production, songwriting, videos and features on this new visual album. The album reportedly took a year and a half to create. 

Salute to the people behind the album and everyone that featured on it for keeping it so quiet. I'm still yet to hear the full-length thing, but so far I'm loving ‘Flawless’ featuring Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.

I feel like right now, people experience music differently. I remember watching Thriller on TV with my family, it was an event, we all sat around the TV and now looking back, I am so happy I was born around that time. I miss that immersive experience. Now, people only listen to a few seconds of a song on their IPODS, they don’t really invest in a whole album. It’s all about the single and the hype. There’s so much that gets between the music, and the artists and the fans. I felt like, I don’t want anybody to give the message when my record is coming out. I just want this to come out when it is ready, and from me to my fans.

I told my team, ‘I want to shoot a video for every song and put them all out at the same time!’ Everyone thought I was crazy, but we’re actually doing it, it’s happening!’

I wanted to make this body of work, and I feel like it’s something that’s lost in pop music. I wanted people to hear things differently and have a first impression. Not just listen to a 10 second clip, but actually be able to see a whole vision of the album. It was important that we made this a movie, we made this an experience.

I wanted everyone to see the whole picture, and to see how personal everything was to me. I will make my best art and just put it out. And that’s why it’s out today!

Okay, so I'm a couple days late with posting this song - but Beyoncé was a month late with releasing the song... It was worth the wait though.

I love this song - from the start to the end. Beyoncé and Timbaland definitely did that on this song. Beyoncé is currently on tour in Europe for her Mrs. Carter World Tour where fans got to hear a snippet of the new song produced by Timbaland. Now the song which was debuted in Beyoncé's ad for Pepsi earlier last month has now been leaked. By who? I don't know. But this song is very hot and I love the message behind. Beyoncé's vocals are still strong as ever. Love her!

I was meant to blog The-Dream's new video to IV Play a while ago, so I thought why not just kill two birds with one stone.

The-Dream dropped the latest visuals to his single "IV Play" which is off his new album also titled "IV Play".  As always The-Dream keeps it sexy in this song and even in the video which can be seen below.

The-Dream features a decent handful of guests on his new album including Kelly Rowland and Jay-Z but also features Beyoncé and 2 Chainz for his new song "Turnt". Bringing a bit of ratchet and sexiness together. This song is hot.

Earlier this month we got the pics for Beyoncé as Mrs. Carter in H&M and now a couple weeks later we're getting the full commercial.

In this commercial we see Beyoncé flaunt her post baby body in Bikinis and beach wear - looking beautiful. And Bey also previews her new song 'Standing On The Sun' produced by Jonas Akerlund.

Beyoncé also premiered her new song 'Grown Woman' produced by Timbaland in her Pepsi 'Mirrors' advert.

Until Beyoncé decides to give us full-length music - enjoy the new sexy summer commercial shot on the shores in the Bahamas.

Last month we saw a snippet of Beyoncé's for H&M's Summer Collection and boy oh boy does Mr. Carter have a HOT wife!

Blue Ivy's mother shows off her amaaaaaazing post baby body wearing some of the hottest bikinis and beachwear. The photos were taken by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin in Nassau, Bahamas. Beyoncé is currently on her world tour 'Mrs. Carter World Tour', hitting stops in Europe first. 

Mrs. Carter's partnership with H&M includes her appearing on television and print ads introducing "Beyoncé as Mrs. Carter in H&M" as well as promoting that women can be strong, vulnerable, sensual, maternal, fun and flirtatious. The TV commercial will feature Baddie Bey's brand new song 'Standing on the Sun' and was directed by Jonas Åkerlund.

Beyoncé: Pepsi 'Mirrors' Advert Featuring New Song 'Grown Woman'

There's me thinking Beyoncé's going to release a brand new single or music video and then she releases this... A Pepsi advert. Yesterday Beyonce dropped a 6-second-teaser video for something that she was about to unveil to us today and here it is.

Beyoncé takes us through an era in her life where she shows us her in her music videos to 'Crazy in Love', 'Single Ladies', 'Love On Top', 'Deja Vu', 'Work It Out' and a few more others through a mirror all doing one choreography. With this advert comes a snippet of her new song titled 'Grown Woman' which is set to be released and produced by Timbaland.

Beyoncé: Covers British Vogue Magazine & Sets April 4 to Make Mystery Announcement!

Mrs. Carter is just unstoppable this year - the multi-platinum selling artist now graces the cover of British Vogue magazine looking mighty fine! This is probably Beyoncé's tenth magazine cover this year - I can't even keep count anymore and each magazine - she talks about something new, but this is Bey's second Vogue cover this year alone.

In Vogue UK, Baddie Bey calls herself a modern day feminist.. Oh? Read some of the highlights from the interview below:

On if she considers herself a feminist:

"That word can be very extreme...But I guess I am a modern-day feminist. I do believe in equality. Why do you have to choose what type of woman you are? Why do you have to label yourself anything? I'm just a woman and I love being a woman....I do believe in equality and that we have a way to go and it's something that's pushed aside and something that we have been conditioned to accept. But I'm happily married. I love my husband.

On her newfound confidence:

"I feel like Mrs Carter is who I am, but more bold and more fearless than I've ever been.  It comes from knowing my purpose and really meeting myself once I saw my child. I was like, "OK, this is what you were born to do." The purpose of my body became completely different."

On whether she's supportive of her daughter Blue Ivy becoming an entertainer:
"I definitely want my daughter to have goals and drive and passion - it has to be a balance."

Bun B premiered the remix to Beyoncé's 'I Been On' with a few of H-Town's finest - Z-Ro, Scarface, Willie D, Slim Thug and Lil Keke. Surprisingly there's no Kirko Bangz - who took it to his Twitter account to voice his opinion.

Baddie Bey is still yet to release her fifth studio album and kicks off her Mrs. Carter World Tour on April 15 in Serbia.

Beyoncé is doing the most this year! The mother-of-one who has been on a hiatus in 2012 is back and is taking over the whole scene in 2013. Now the 'Bow Down' singer covers Shape magazine - and shows off her post-baby-body after she gained 57 pounds whilst carrying her on year old daughter - Blue Ivy.

Baddie Bey tells Shape magazine: "I didn't have a lot of time to lose the weight because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again!"

New Music: Beyoncé - Bow Down / I Been On

Just minutes ago - Beyoncé unveiled her new song 'Bow Down' via her website and instagram page. 

Bey turns up in 'Bow Down' - telling all you b*tches to bow down to her, I was hoping that the single she would release was something a bit more full length and even something a bit more vocal.

Beyoncé's a great artist, but hearing her sing this as a release track after so long of waiting, was not worth it - it's not what I was expecting at all. But I will say that the beat to the first song is so turned up, I'm sure there will be a lot of twerking videos at hand once the full version is released, if we get a full version.

Bey stans will be happy with this one!

As she preps for her world tour which kicks off on April 15 in Serbi, and ends August 3 in Brooklyn, New York. Beyoncé and Pepsi have unveiled the pop art photos for her campaign with Pepsi.

The 'Diva' singer shows off her fun side in these photos for Pepsi - in this pop art inspired ad. Tickets to her world tour in the UK sold out within minutes of the release, even adding two more extra dates in London due to popular demand.

Beyoncé's Full Interview For "Oprah's Next Chapter"

Beyoncé has come so far since her days in 'Girl Time' and 'Destiny's Child'. Now as a solo artist, a wife, mother and everything else, Beyoncé sits down with the legendary talk show host Oprah Winfrey for this interview for "Oprah's Next Chapter" on Oprah's channel 'OWN' just minutes before Beyoncé premiered her documentary 'Life is but a Dream' for the HBO Channel.

In this one off interview, Beyoncé speaks openly on many things including her Super Bowl performance, Kelly Rowland, recording her documentary, her father - Matthew Knowles, on how motherhood changed her life, and even how her husband rapper - Jay Z has impacted her life and vice versa.

It's definitely good seeing Beyoncé still do what she loves, but yet take on motherhood and balance her whole life out.

I loved every minute of this interview, Beyoncé laughs, answer all the questions modestly, she really just keeps it 100. It's nice to see her chilled like this. Watch the exclusive interview below if you haven't already.
