LeToya Luckett Stops by ‘Wendy’ Shows Off New Look, Talks ‘Single Ladies’, Dating & Sex and New Album!

Isn't she a beauty? Well singer-actress LeToya Luckett who is now known as ‘Felicia Price’ on the VH1 hit TV show ‘Single Ladies’, decided to stop by The Wendy Williams show on her press tour for her character in the scripted show. And boy, did she tell it all - in a tasteful way of course.

Switching up her hairstyle Luckett appeared on the show with a short new auburn coloured curly bob, trading in her "swoop bang" as she likes to call it, for a new do.

In this short but detailed interview - LeToya Luckett talks about her character Felicia Price - a confident record executive, and a businesswoman who is not to be messed with (which we see on the show). Luckett also dishes on her love life - which she doesn't have, why she doesn't like dating and just waiting on God for the man that He wants her to be with. Also her sex life, which she also doesn't have either! Lol! She's just straight up about it all.

Wendy also goes in to talk about her relationship with former girl-group members Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland, and congratulating Kelly on her engagement. LeToya Luckett dishes on her brand new third studio album ‘Until Then’ saying "it will be released sometime this year". We shall be waiting for that!

From Sophie and Ekene getting tested, to Weki revealing to his football team members he's HIV positive, to Princess and Tobi's relationship on the rocks and Nii and Malaika going through whatever it is they're going through. Just know that this episode is a gateway to an amazing series finale that awaits us next week.

Weki (Olumide Oworu) goes for his trial at the Football Academy, while Sophie (Dorcas Shola Fapson) and Ekene (Okezie Morro) go for their 3 month test.  Tobi (Timini Egbuson) tries to patch it up with Princess (Sharon Ezeamaka), but she is arguing with Sophie and preoccupied with Solomon (Sani Mu'azu).

A week gone by already, and another episode of Shuga?! Wow, we're drawing closer and closer to the series finale faster than we think.

A big sigh to Malaika's situation, after last weeks episode - we would have thought she had a miscarriage by now, but unfortunately for her and fortunately for Nii she is still pregnant. Femi confines in Ekene letting him know he is HIV positive, as well as Weki also letting Bekiya know that he also HIV. And Sade finally lets Weki go after his dream. Remember all the steamy romance with Princess and Tobi last week? Well, that changes this week once Princess lands herself a job at a modelling agency - that's apparently really hard to get a job at. But without giving too much away, I'm glad to see that Shuga never disappoints us week after week!

‘Shuga Naija’ Series 3, Episode 6 ‘Rising Hope’ episode synopsis:

Malaika (Leonora Okine) is shocked to find that she is still pregnant. And while Weki (Olumide Oworu) begins to realise his dreams, Tobi (Timini Egbuson) and Princess’s (Sharon Ezeamaka) new-found love is severely challenged.

As the weeks go by, Shuga gets more and more interesting. This week focused on each character in the ds how and even has a cameo appearance from Nigerian rapper - Ice Prince. This week my attention drew more to Malaika and her brutal marriage with her husband Nii — very upsetting to see a very intelligent woman of her kind go through such heartache, I hope she leaves him and soon. 

Oh yeah and Shuga fans - an original member is back — Leo! He flew in from Nairobi to hook up a few business deals and meetings and visit his boy Femi. Weki does a runner from his mother Sade, who has absolutely no whereabouts of where his disappeared to. Amist it all Princess and Tobi getting really close in this episode! Juicyyyy!!!! 

With only 3 more episodes until series 3 finishes. We can only imagine of what's left to come in ‘Shuga Naija’. 

‘Shuga Naija’ Series 3, Episode 5 ‘Jailer’ synopsis:
Tobi (Timini Egbuson) and Princess (Sharon Ezeamaka) are joyful in their new-found love, while Malaika (Leonora Okine) and Nii’s (Chris Attoh) marriage lurches deeper into crisis, Weki (Olumide Oworu) and Sade’s (Tiwa Savage) relationship deteriorates, and Femi (Ikubese Emmanuel Ifeanyi) and Foye (Maria Okanrende) try to sort through their difficulties. Nigerian musician Ice Prince makes a cameo appearance as himself.

*P.S. Dorcas Fapson who plays Sophie has the best one-liners in this show — hilarious!!!*

High school student Weki (Olumide Oworu) gets good news which impresses his mother Sade (Tiwa Savage) so why is she being so strict with him? Meanwhile Sophie (Dorcas Shola Fapson) and Ekene (Okezie Morro) go to get tested for HIV and realise they need to tell Foye (Maria Okanrende) who they have also put at risk – but will Ekene do the right thing?

Mack Wilds Performs ‘Own It’ on Arsenio Hall Show Live

He was known to us as Michael Lee and Dixon Wilson in some of our favourite TV shows ‘The Wire’ and ‘90210’, and now Mack Wilds has ventured off into music.

Aside from being the nephew to JayZ, Music runs through Mack Wilds veins as he was a music producer in 90210 and has previously released one or two tracks here and there. Earlier on this year Mack Wilds released his debut album ‘New York: A Love Story’ via Sony and has already been nominated for a Grammy award! A huge congratulations to him for that.

The Grammy nominated artist stopped by Arsenio Hall Show Live to talk about his new album, being nominated for a Grammy and so much more. He also performed his hit single ‘Own It’ to the audience, which they seemed to have enjoyed. Watch Mack Wilds tear up his performance below.

When Sophie (Dorcas Shola Fapson) discovers that Solomon (Sani Mu'azu) her "aristo" lover is HIV positive, she goes to tell ex-boyfriend Ekene (Okezie Morro) that they need to get tested. We also meet young married couple Malaika (Leonora Okine) and Nii (Chris Attoh) whose differing views about their relationship soon turn to conflict.

[Watch] - ‘Shuga Naija’ Series 3, Episode 1 ‘Home Coming’

Last night in London, I was privileged to attend the series 3 premiere of ‘Shuga’, and trust me - it's the best season yet.

At the premiere held in Renoir Cinema in Russell Square, we were welcomed with drinks and a little networking - as well as a step and repeat backdrop to take pictures and even meet the cast! When we were eventually seated in the cinema - we watched the first four episodes of series 3 - which we thoroughly enjoyed - we laughed, and said our "awwws", and even our "ooh's" cos some scenes are hella shocking! Lol. Just before we all exited the building to have a chit chat about the show and network again - the ‘Shuga’ team - (director) - Biyi Bandele and a few members of the cast - Okezie Morro who plays ‘Ekene’, and Dorcas Fapson who plays ‘Sophie’ sat down to answer a few interesting questions, lol! 'Twas a good night.

The two previous series set in Nairobi, Kenya - this one was set in the heart of Lagos, Nigeria. Shuga called on ‘Half of a Yellow Sun’ movie director - Biyi Bandele to direct the eight episodes in this series. And he does a fantastic job at it.

‘Shuga’ Summary:
‘Shuga is an award-winning sex and relationships drama and multimedia campaign designed to combat a lack of awareness and misinformation about HIV, sexual responsibility and teen pregnancy among Nigerian youth.’

This series brings us an all star cast including Ikubese Emmanuel Ifeanyi who was in the previous series set in Nairobi, as well as some familiar faces - Maria Okanrende, Tiwa Savage, Okezie Morro, Chris Attoh, Nick Mutuma, Leonara Okine, and some new faces to our TV screen - Dorcas Fapson, Sharon Ezeamaka, Timini Egbuson, Olumide Oworu and so much more. Afrobeats artists - Ice Prince and Iyanya make cameo appearances, as well as a few others.

K. Michelle: Performs ‘V.S.O.P.’ on The Wendy Williams Show + Listen to ‘Rebellious Soul’ Album Sampler

Earlier this week - K. Michelle took to the Wendy's Williams stage on her daytime TV show with her single ‘V.S.O.P.’.

The reality TV star has been singing all over the city of New York recently - in preparations to her debut album release. And has even found herself a new love - Lance Stephenson, who plays for Indiana Pacers NBA team.

Despite Wendy Williams' previous comments and beef towards the Love and Hip Hop star - she let K. Michelle do what she does best on her stage and even seemed to have enjoyed her performance. Smiles all round for the pair.

K. Michelle also gave fans a sampler to what they can expect from her new album ‘Rebellious Soul’ - before it hits the shelves on August 13. The album sampler features five songs from the album ‘Can't Raise A Man’, ‘Damn’, ‘Hate on Her’, ‘I Don't Like Me’ and ‘When I Get A Man’.

The 23-year-old who plays 'Hanna' in 'Pretty Little Liars,' sat down with Seventeen magazine to discuss her career goals, Justin Bieber, and the movie she done with Vanessa Hudgens and Selena Gomez. Read what she the actress had to say below..

On her career goals:

"I love Michelle Williams and Natalie Portman-those are the careers I want. My goal is to win an Oscar, and I'm going to take the steps to get there."

On how 'Spring Breakers' changed her and co-stars Vanessa Hudges and Selena Gomez:

"We all came from a Disney background, and this was different from anything we've done. But we wanted to prove that we're not just girls who play happy parts. It was such a crazy experience and it was character-building. I'm so proud of all of us. I'm really, really excited for everybody to see it."

"I haven't heard from Selena! People that I was being mean, but I was just doing what the girl did in the video. It wasn't a jab at her. But I heard from Justin. He wasn't happy. Beyoncé has come so far since her days in 'Girl Time' and 'Destiny's Child'. Now as a solo artist, a wife, mother and everything else, Beyoncé sits down with the legendary talk show host Oprah Winfrey for this interview for "Oprah's Next Chapter" on Oprah's channel 'OWN' just minutes before Beyoncé premiered her documentary 'Life is but a Dream' for the HBO Channel.

In this one off interview, Beyoncé speaks openly on many things including her Super Bowl performance, Kelly Rowland, recording her documentary, her father - Matthew Knowles, on how motherhood changed her life, and even how her husband rapper - Jay Z has impacted her life and vice versa.

It's definitely good seeing Beyoncé still do what she loves, but yet take on motherhood and balance her whole life out.

I loved every minute of this interview, Beyoncé laughs, answer all the questions modestly, she really just keeps it 100. It's nice to see her chilled like this. Watch the exclusive interview below if you haven't already.

Kerry Washington Covers Ebony Magazines 'SCANDAL' Issue

It only makes sense that Ebony Magazine put the queen of Scandal, Kerry Washington on the cover to their Scandal March issue.

Kerry Washington has been getting a lot of press since the Shonda Rimes hit TV show Scandal aired where Kerry plays Olivia Pope, as well as playing Broomhilda in the #1 box office, Quentin Tarantino movie Django Unchained.

This magazine issue talks on different 'scandals' that has happened in the Black community in America, including the mysterious death of a Megachurch Pastor - Zachery Tims who owned a church in Florida that passed away in a hotel room in New York.

With the originals: Olivia Longott and Rich Dollaz, and season 2's newbies - Yandy Smith (who brings her son and boyfriend on the show as well) and Erica Mena (who appeared regularly). Report: Nicki Minaj Goes After Mariah Carey At American Idol Audition

Yes, you know I'll be reporting this shit after I heard about it early hours of this morning. Twitter went OFF this morning - everybody was just acting a fool on the social media site and of course, our good friends - TMZ just had to have the latest scoop. And A LOT of people on my twitter timeline seemed to be on Mariah's side (but that's my timeline - everyone's timeline is different).

Now, I cannot hear what Nicki Minaj was saying but oh boy did Nicki seem vex! And so was Mariah's fans! Just watch the video below and make your own assumptions.
