The coolest cats out right now - Gypsy & The Cat have just released their new single 'Only In December' earlier this week and are to release their second album 'The Late Blue' in the UK on May 6.
The Australian duo consist of 24-year-old Xavier Bacash and 26-year-old Lionel Towers who are influenced by a mixture of musical legends ranging from Spacemen 3 to Fleetwood Mac to Jeff Buckley and modern DJs from Justice to Daft Punk, Gypsy & the Cat make the perfect summer sunshine music.
With their new electro-heavy-drummed based single 'Only In December' out along with strong vocals - Gypsy & The Cat - recorded and produced by the band at home in Australia, the album was mixed by David Fridman (MGMT, The Flaming Lips).
Gypsy & The Cat will be touring the UK for shows in early Summer. 'The Late Blue' will be released in the UK on May 6.
