Chris Brown gets a new tattoo of what?
Now I don't know how accurate this is, but the recent tattoo on the Don't Wake Me Up singer's neck is of a battered woman; who people are saying it's his ex girlfriend/singer - Rihanna. According to TMZ, close sources to Chris say: "It's a random woman."
Right.
What do you think? Is it Rihanna or just a "Random Woman"?
